I bought this game steam vacuum cleaner. Well what a joke? I began to wonder where is the vapor? Then I learned that this is not a steamboat. Why the devil that the name of this product in a steam to deceive people. Although you can not argue with their performance (was good), but ultimately I was disappointed that it was not steam. I was looking for an authentic steam vac be fooled by its name. I returned this product the next day.

I bought this machine for the first time in 2003 on the recommendation of a salesperson. It worked very well for three years and then just quit putting the solution. We went to look for a replacement part but never worked again shampooer. So I thought maybe I was 3 years of its life. I ordered the same model, but slightly updated again in December 2006. This time, the switching solution dispenser not only in 8 months. I should add that I had not used this machine 2nd all very much. Failure could be ascribed to a lemon – a 2nd failure so quickly I can only conclude that the product is defective. Not only I'm not buying anything from Bissell I will try again and leave comments about my bad experience I can Everyplace. BTW, I bought this through Amazon. I give the shampooer an F.

You get what you pay. This cleaner is light and should be used only in spots on the carpet of light. Leave stains when used, so you have to move very slowly. I would rather buy a better one. Bissell 3910 Momentum Bagless Upright Vacuum

The photo and the description is misleading. I thought I would buy the Bissell was on display at Walmart. The image fits the description. Wallmart not replenish their shelves fast enough, so I thought I was buying the same Bissell cleaner and saving $ 10 in the meantime. This online version is a much smaller version of the cleanest, with half the energy, and has not capactity tank 1 / 2 gallon as advertised. If you continually fill and empty tanks, then buy this one. Otherwise, go to Walmart and get treated much better in a larger capacity, larger rollers, and the machine more powerful amplifier over $ 10.

I wish I'd never bought this steamer. It's a total waste of money. It does a tremendous job – do not clean, carpets dirty and still look streaky. I hate this machine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
