Does Anybody Sell Recovered Hardwood Flooring From The 1920’s?
I would like to match our kitchen flooring with the rest of the hardwood flooring in our new home. The house was built in 1928. I thought that perhaps some business may recover wood flooring from other houses in the same era and then resell it. Anyone know any companies?

You might want to look at the handscraped selection at simpleFLOORS. com:http://www. simplefloors. com/products/Han…
It won’t cost you to look and browse online; who knows. , you just may find something that matches and/or works with your floors. Many customers have said that the prices on our handscrapes are unbelievably low as well.
It’s not authentic old stuff, but it’s been manufactured to look time worn
Have a look-see. We’d be happy to send you some free samples if you find one you like.
try ifloor. com and br111. com hope you find what you’re looking for. cheers!
If you are looking for Heart Pine, send me an e-mail. Plenty available here in So. Ga. but it is very expensive. Most comes from old tobacco barns and warehouses. About $20 per foot.
