How Do You Keep Hardwood Floors Looking Good If You Have A Dog?
My wife and I are closing on our first home at the end of the month. The house we're moving into has all hardwood floors, no carpet anywhere. This is definitely something we really like about it since our dog shed pretty good. But now I'm starting to think about his nails on that floor. Obviously, keeping them trimmed will go a long way. Are there any other tricks or methods to keeping hardwood floors looking good when you have a dog running around all the time?
Thanks for you input.

We had carpeted floors throughout the house, but she (me wife) wanted laminate flooring through most of the main part, I told her that is going to create a problem for our dog / his nails. Even keeping them trimmed back he has for some reason decided that he has to run / slide everywhere to get over the laminate, so guess what we have an area rug and at least 9 runners down…so good luck.
Outside of the mentioned booties which our dog would not keep on
Make him some dog tennis shoes Take some old shoes and cut the toes off them tie them on his feet.
