I don’t use floor cleaner, just slightly dampen cloth with water.

Murphys Oil soap. Simply the best for hardwood.

My floor refinisher said not to use Murphy’s oil soap. I tried it anyway and it worked OK, but leaves an oily film that attracts dust. I use ZEP Hardwood Floor Cleaner. Available at Home Depot.
